Every membership includes transportation coordination — Evolve schedules and arranges the right ride. The ride itself is billed separately, covering the vehicle, driver, travel time, and waiting time.
Transportation rates are tailored to each client's needs and ride requirements. We also accept insurance-covered transportation for eligible members — call 718-283-4423 for current rates and to confirm your coverage.
